How to Write a Winning CV in Kenya 

Writing your cv does not need to be a difficult task if you know the key elements that make up a great cv. Achievements versus Story

 
Your cv should also be written such that it gives your achievements as a summary as well as in each job position that you occupied. This shows the employer directly what you are capable of if employed. You should always make a point of stating facts or achievements in a a quantitative format. For example a customer care representative would state that he/she was able to  reduce the turn around time of inquiries by 15% by introducing a new efficient reporting system. Avoid giving plain non quantified stories on your cv.
